Dayna Ellsworth is an attorney at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Inc., where she has represented clients since 2017. She is committed to providing strong advocacy for individuals and families impacted by serious accidents and draws on her broad legal background to support her clients through each stage of the process.
Before joining Harris Personal Injury, Dayna worked at Bennett and Bennett, APC, and the Singleton Law Firm. She also served as a deputy district attorney with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office from 2012 to 2015, where she gained valuable courtroom and trial experience. Dayna is admitted to the California Bar and has been an active member of the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association for Justice, and the Riverside County Inn of Court.
Her accomplishments include being named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in both 2018 and 2019. She is also the recipient of the M. Eugenia Lopez Memorial Award and Scholarship, the Trial Advocacy Award and Scholarship, and previously served as President of the Public Interest Law Foundation.
Outside of her practice, Dayna balances life with her three kids and enjoys cheering on the 49ers, swimming a mile or two each week, and finding new energy in live music. She also coaches high school mock trial, passing on her passion for advocacy to the next generation. A lifelong Californian who has lived throughout the state, she enjoys traveling to new countries and experiencing new cuisines whenever she can.
