Earlier this week, there was a fatal rollover crash in the North Park area. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the wreck happened on Interstate 805 on Tuesday morning. Initial reports indicate that a car was headed southbound, near University Avenue, when it crashed off of the roadway. For currently unknown reasons, the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle, before it left the road, went down an embankment and overturned.  

First responders rushed to the scene, and two people were transported to the hospital. Sadly, one of them did not survive their injuries. At the time of the news report, there was no word on the condition of the other person. This crash is likely still under investigation with local law enforcement officials.
