Earlier this week, there was a head-on injury collision in San Diego. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon on the 16000 block of San Pasqual Valley Road. Initial reports indicate that a driver lost control of his Honda Accord and struck a Dodge Ram truck head on.  

First responders rushed to the scene, where they had to transport the driver of the Honda, an 18-year-old man, to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. He reportedly sustained multiple femur fractures to both legs. There were two passengers in the Honda who also suffered from life-threatening injuries. There is no word on whether the driver in the Ram was also injured. This wreck is likely still under investigation with local law enforcement.
