Earlier this week, a man was ejected from his vehicle in a crash near Camarillo. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the wreck happened on Monday afternoon on Aggen Road near Los Angeles Avenue. For currently unknown reasons, a driver apparently lost control of his 2005 Toyota Scion. The back end of the vehicle rotated and caused it to veer off of the roadway. The car crashed into a tree and a water main before spinning around and stopping facing the wrong way in the northbound lane of Aggen Road.

The driver, a 36-year-old man, was ejected from the vehicle during the crash. He was airlifted to Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks. At the time of the news report, his injuries were described as major but not life threatening. There has been no word on whether or not he had his seatbelt on at the time of the crash.
