Over the weekend, there was a motorcycle crash in Pacific Beach. According to ABC San Diego News Channel 10, the incident happened on Saturday evening at about 6:53 p.m. Initial reports indicate that the motorcycle was headed southbound on Mission Boulevard and went through a green light at an intersection when it was hit by a northbound Honda Civic.  

Apparently, the Civic driver was trying to make a left turn onto Pacific Beach Drive when the crash happened. First responders rushed to the scene, where the motorcycle rider had to be taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. Thankfully, those injuries were not described as life threatening on the scene. This motorcycle crash may still be under investigation with local law enforcement authorities.
