Earlier this week, two pedestrians were struck and killed by a domestic violence suspect in South Los Angeles. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the incident happened somewhere near the intersection of 52nd and Flower Streets. Law enforcement officers reportedly responded to a report of domestic violence on the 4300 block of Figueroa Street. Although they didn’t find any evidence of domestic violence and left the area, a second call was reported about the same suspect in the same location about an hour later.

When police officers arrived on the scene the second time, the suspect had already fled the area. Although the details aren’t clear, at some point, the suspect was involved in a collision, and struck and killed two pedestrians at a high rate of speed. This incident is still under investigation with law enforcement officials.
