Last week, a pedestrian was injured by a hit-and-run driver in Tarzana. According to KTLA News Channel Five, the incident happened near the intersection of Etiwanda Avenue and Ventura Boulevard last Friday afternoon. A Chevy Spark sedan was headed southbound on Etiwanda when, for currently unknown reasons, it veered to the right side of the roadway and crashed into a woman and the vehicle she was standing next to.  

The hit-and-run driver fled the scene. When first responders arrived, they found the pedestrian had sustained severe injuries. Law enforcement officials are currently on the lookout for the sedan which is described as gray with a sticker on top of the front windshield. The vehicle may also have damage on its right side. Anybody with information about this crash is being asked to come forward.
