Two Dead in Motorcycle Crash After Fleeing from Police in El Cajon
On Saturday night, two people were killed after their motorcycle crashed while fleeing from police in El Cajon. Around 11:30 pm, officers attempted to stop a black Harley Davidson motorcycle for a traffic violation in the 1700 block of East Main Street, according to FOX 5 San Diego. The driver did not stop, instead fleeing west on Main Street at a high rate of speed. The motorcycle then collided with the back of a Hyundai Sonata and Toyota Tacoma.
Both the male driver and the female passenger on the motorcycle were seriously injured and died at the scene. The occupants of the Sonata and Tacoma were uninjured and were cooperating with the investigation at the time of the report.
