On Monday night, a man was killed after crashing his motorcycle on a San Luis Obispo County road. The crash occurred around 8:24 pm on Price Canyon Road, east of Thousand Hills Road, according to The San Luis Obispo Tribune. The rider was traveling westbound on his 2022 Yamaha MT09 when he collided with a guardrail, causing the motorcycle to overturn and eject him. CHP stated that the man was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:37 pm.  

At the time of the report, the crash was under investigation. It was unknown if impairment was suspected. No one else was injured in the crash.
