Brent Griffith recently led and sponsored the Cookie Court Mock Trial, an interactive event where students read and acted out a criminal trial about a cookie that went missing during recess. By volunteering his time, Brent introduced students to the courtroom process in a fun, engaging way while encouraging teamwork, confidence, and critical thinking.
